The West Side (W/S) 92 (or "9-Deuce") Hoover Criminals Gang, also referred to as the "Do-Lows" and formerly known as the "92 Hoover Crips", are an active African-American street gang located in the western district of South Los Angeles, California. The 92 Hoovers are a sub-set of the larger Hoover Criminals umbrella gang and was founded in the 1970s. Their territory is located around 92nd Street and Hoover Street, between Vermont Avenue and Figueroa Avenue. Despite their punitive numbers (compared to other Hoover Criminal sets), the 92 Hoovers were one of the most active street gangs in South Central, Los Angeles during the 1980s. They are friendly towards all gangs under the Hoover Criminals banner, but are specifically cliqued up with the 94 Hoover Criminals Gang; their closest allies. The alliance between the two gangs is known as the “Do Lows Down” alliance. The 92 Hoovers are enemies of the 94 Playboy Hustler Crips, 98 Main Street Mafia Crips, Eight Tray Gangster Crips, 87 Gangster Crips, 97 Gangster Crips, 98 Gangster Crips, Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 90s West Coast Crips, Rollin 100s Crips, 88 Hard Time Hustler Crips, 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips, all East Coast Crips, the LA Denver Lane Bloods and the Crenshaw Mafia Gang.
