The 117 Street Watts Crips (or ES 117WC) are an African American gang formed in the 1970's in the Willowbrook district of Los Angeles County. They operate under the East Side Crips/Watts Crip card, meaning they are allies of most neighborhoods under those banners such as the 118 Holmes Street Watts Crips. They are also considered rivals to many Crip sets such as the Mona Park Compton Crips. Members of the 117 Street Watts Crips are known to sport the traditional blue color associated with the Crips, and most recently, began wearing all blue Washington Nationals sports apparel to signify the Watts Crips card. Their main Blood rivals are the Bounty Hunters.
