The CPV's (Carnales Por Vida) are Folk Nation Gang found down in Laredo, San Antonio, Austin, Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, Rio Bravo, but originated in Laredo, Texas. Their colors are white and black. The North Carolina symbol symbolizes the gang's initials. Most members have three points on each wrist, and the name CPV tattooed on their ankles, arms or the outside of the thumbs.
