Jersey City, New Jersey, USA, is also known as Chilltown. A famous MC from Chilltown is Joe Budden. The 2nd biggest city in New Jersey. Also a bad city due to the large amount of gang violence, drugs, and murders, this is another city that has been on the top of the list for murder capitals.
