1) When someone has a very cocky attitude and thinks they super bad and better than anyone else - A very conceited and arrogant person! Sometimes it needs to be knocked off when they head gets too swolled up!
2) When you got a chip on your shoulder your mad, when it are mutiple people you say they got a chip on they shoulder.
