The Central are a Criminal Territorial Group based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Also known as (CTL), the Central gang was started in 2002 by former members of the now defunct Deuce Gang. As stated, they are a Active Criminal Organization with Natives, Metis, Afro Canadians, and a few Caucasians ranging in ages from Mid teens to Late thirties members are also known to have their own Jackets and Sweaters with the name Central on the back. The Deuce gang was disbanded after a high ranked member was shot in Winnipeg's West End in 2002. After this incident members of the deuce began collaborating with members of the other Central gang called the Central Boys and decided to join forces to form Central named after the area where both gangs had roamed. Combining the two gangs was to continue the neighbourhood gang that was known has deuce and to continue their rival with the Indian Posse gang of Winnipeg. Police and justice sources say there are violent hostilities between the Indian Posse and the CENTRAL gang over control of “turf” for the weapon & drug trade. Most recently, disdain for the Most Organized Brothers, who have constantly challenged CTL for the drug trade have surfaced as well followed by the Native Syndicate. Central members are known for their brutality and are also considered allies to the Manitoba Warriors. their main rival are the Indian Posse also enemies to the Native Syndicate, Zig Zag Crew, B-Side and are known to have a light beef with the West Central Outlaws over turf.
