This community is located in the South side of Winnipeg, bordered by Taylor Ave to the north, Pembina Highway to the east, Waverly St to the west, and McGillivray Blvd. to the south. The University Of Manitoba, the largest university in Winnipeg, nearby in the area. Apartments and townhouses are common in the area, with barely no houses to be seen.
