  1. Short for Queensbridge.
  2. Short for Queen Bitch, or Queen Bee as Lil' Kim refers to herself. Queen Bee was a character from the blaxploitation movie "Dolemite".

Outside of hip-hop, of course, it is the quarterback in football.
