Carlos Coy,better known by his stage name South Park Mexican also as SPM, is a Mexican-American rapper and convicted child molestor. His stage name derives from the South Park neighborhood in Houston, Texas which he was raised. However, SPM has had skyrocketed popularity via P2P music sharing services after a popular, unrelated medium South Park aired on TV, alongside his song "Mexican Radio" further increased his popularity as it was also the name of a 1980s song by Wall of Voodoo since 1980s media has a resurgence at the time.
