As a member of Toronto's largest hip-hop crew, Monolith, Charisma's musical career began as an emcee, rapping on tracks like 1998's unforgettable "At the TOP". He soon discovered his passion for producing and began working under Urban Bounce Productions, birthing a signature sound. Charisma has since featured alongside Jamaican reggae artist Redd Rat on the hit track "Kama Sutra", and is currently working with new and upcoming artist locally and all over the globe. Charisma does most of the productions for the Monolith crew with influences including some of hip-hop's premiere Producers such as Quincy Jones, DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Jay Dilla, Battle Cat, DJ Quik, Eric Sermon, Timberland, Just Blaze and Dr. Dre.
