Jimmy Lil Capp Carter is a rapper from Riverdale, GA who grew up in the Grove Street neighborhood. He was once affiliated with rapper Waka Flockas record label Brick Squad Monopoly but due to disagreements has since split from Brick Squad Monopoly and has linked up with rapper Kebo Gotti & is now affiliated with Real Money Ent.
