Rapper Richie Payso is a Canadian artist from the Rexdale area of Toronto, Ontario signed to G7 Records—a subsidiary enterprise of Global 7 Entertainment Inc. Richie has been featured on Reema Major’s "I Am Legend" rap mixtape single “Downtown Life”, and has also collaborated with rapper Kwajo Cinqo, of two-time Juno Award winning Canadian hip-hop group Ghetto Concept.

While Richie is currently working on his debut album "Hate Is the New Love" to be released in 2011, his singles "Pretty Boy Rock" and "Ghetto Celeb" are the first to debut off the compilation, and both have drawn comparisons to the likes of rappers Jay-Z and Big L. Having grown under the tough living conditions of his neighbourhood in Toronto's west-end, Richie has now turned his past as a street hustler towards more creative ambitions as a music artist, where he now focuses his hustle on rapping.
