Ray J is an African-American r&b singer, songwriter, and actor from Los Angeles, California. He is the younger brother of r&b singer Brandy(singer), and the cousin of rappers Snoop Dogg, and Nate Dogg. He is currently signed to Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang Records.
