The earliest conception of this gang was first known as the Swat Laws before the Blood Stone Pirus came along. The Outlaw 20s even had a clique in the 60 on the east side. They became Bloods when the Blood alliance was formed in 1972. Once a large gang, today the Outlaw 20s have been decimated by years of conflicts with countless rival neiborhoods. They are enemies of all Crips, but their main rivalry is with the East Side Trece, a Latino gang that populated their neighborhood that was once ignored by the Outlaws but now are fighting for control of 20s territory on the east side. The Outlaw 20s are clicked up with the Blood Stone Pirus and are friendly towards the West Side Rollin 20s NeighborHood Blood gang (completely separate gangs).
